Our cotton and wool inserts share the same care routine and are designed to be naturally refreshed with simple spot cleaning. Spot clean using a mild detergent (avoid harsh chemicals) and rinse thoroughly. For heavily soiled areas, after spot cleaning, run water through affected area until the water runs clear. Gently squeeze out excess water with a towel — do not wring. Lay flat in the sun to dry completely. Sunlight helps naturally refresh and deodorize the fibers, keeping the insert clean and breathable over time.
Remove the cover from the insert before washing. Machine wash cold with a mild detergent, avoiding harsh chemicals. Tumble dry on low or medium heat. Washing with similar colors and caring for stains promptly will help maintain the fabric’s color, texture, and longevity.
